My business is to provide WiFi service using airship to the ground. The airship stays in the altitude of 20km from the ground. Its function is similar to satellite but far low altitude. Since it is far low altitude, it provides better functionality comparing to satellite and cheap. We are going to use tele communication airship (Service airship) with Stratobus which is manufactured by Thales in France. The biggest problem of the service airship is shortage of power. We will use another kind of airship (Charging airship) which generates electricity in the air and supply service airship with enough power. We are able to provide to the people on the ground with WiFi, 5G, broadcasting, and more. Job to do 1. Global market research in broadband to fill in the business plan 2. Broadband market specifically in New Zealand. We will deploy our WiFi service in New Zealand first with three service airships and 5 charging airships. 3. Marketing plan in New Zealand 4. Operation plan. The operation plan is mainly related to maintain the airships in the air from ground control tower. We will monitor their direction, control their direction and more. 5. Financial plan including forecasting. 6. Follow sample format to create business plan This business plan requires some back ground in tele communication field. We will closely work together. If job is increased significantly, I will pay bonus. There could be a chance that I may add more in the business plan, then I will pay bonus
