Safety obviously, but more than that. If we could provide all of their medicinal needs ie vitamins, GP prescribed medications so they didn't need to attend a chemist would that be seen as valuable? how do they prefer to pay ( subscription, one time, online), what sort of medical/wellness lifestyle product or packages that came to them would they consider valuable and/or to meet their needs?, For example if a corporate person was at a conference, had too much to drink or felt jet lagged, and knew they'd order this service and that they could order online, have a nurse attend their home or hotel discretely, bring food or juice/nourishment, assist them in preparing for the day and provide them with anti-nausea and a hydration IV for 30 mins, would they use it? Would it be of value to a party thrower ie bucks party, to treat the morning after and would it be of value if offered in packages say with a cleaner and oxygen bar, What features/ comforts/differentiators would they like in the mobile vehicle; TV in van, massage chairs, video games, virtual reality experience, play their own music, lighting, ambiance, what would they like/consider paying a premium for when using a service like this, other than paying for a licensed experienced medical professional? Would they consider alternatives such as self-administration if given a new device and instructional video if it came to it ie COVID lock down, (what sort if options could be provided if we are affected by COVID again) How big is the high income earning demographic in Australia split by state by region., and their likelihood of adoption of a IV service. what are the customer objections to using or buying this service, is there a need for this product. I want to better understand the product’s perceived value, i want to know the predictions for market growth within South Australia and on average projected financials / sales / average costs. .
