Unable to Format Macbook, Lost Apple id

I bought a second hand macbook air, after that i tried to hard reset, during that process i erased all the data and OS from the disk. I havent logoff icloud before doing this process.

Now I'm unable to format the macbook, I dont have apple id with me or with my seller, Is there anyway to get out from this situation?
