I would like to hire a Machine Learning Expert

We're creating a fitness application and are interested in the potential to use machine learning to aid in the creation of an automated workout generator tailored for users. We're hoping to find someone who could use the massive amount of workout plans available online to create train a machine learning system to create effective and unique workout plans tailored to users needs, abilities and physiology.
