Train a ML time series forecasting model

I need the best freelancer in machine learning to train with me a ML model for time series forecasting. I worked with two or three very good ML freelancers so far on that project, but we still having issues to get good predictions. So now I need the best of all in ML and with time series forecasting. I am essentially working with Tensorflow and Keras.
