Build me a self learning program for 1 task

I'm in need of someone to create me a self learning program for a single task. The task is this: - You have an image - There is x1 puzzle piece you have possession of - There is x1 puzzle piece missing from the image - You need to place the puzzle piece you have possession of into the image - There will always be a different image, as well as the piece will be for a random position - To place the pieces you only need to use your mouse cursor and the left click. If you're able to make a program that can teach its self to complete these puzzles, let me know! I don't mind the language used, so long as it's capable of learning this. I can gather tons of different puzzle image samples for this if required, I've also attached a sample puzzle as an attachment here.
