Develop a Corporate Identity for Storage Aus

Looking for an experienced graphic designer to develop a Corporate Identity for a storage company "Storage Aus" Primarily, this project will include creating our logo and colour scheme while also creating some basic templates. The theme should be clean, simple, modern, cutting-edge and professional. Specifically looking for: 1) A Logo 2) Graphic Standard (which colours and fonts should we be using) 3) Business Card Template 4) Brochure Template 5) A4 Letter Template 6) HTML Email Footer Template 7) Flyer Template The logo should be unique, memorable, classy and sophisticated, preferably with a graphical element and nice font for the text. It should be semi-serious but not too casual. If there is a way to incorporate a miniature schnauzer as a mascot that would be preferable.
