E-commerce Content & Operations Support Executive

Roles and responsibility: Content Creation, Revamp and Upload • Create comprehensive content in accordance with client’s brand identity and platform rules. • Complete all details precisely in accordance with the format of the respective E-commerce platforms and upload completed content via seller portal. • Create content suitable for target audience while keeping in mind trending styles and topics • Conduct keyword research and employ SEO best practices to optimize content • Ensure all products created, revamped and uploaded are active and live on the respective E-commerce platforms. • On a daily basis, ensure all products listed are sellable and identify any road blocks if any. • Monitor and improvise content regularly based on data driven decisions to ensure products appeal to customers and heightens conversion. Operations Management • Daily update of stock on E-commerce platforms based on input given by internal team. • Coordinate with warehouse partner for outbound stock movements from warehouse and shipment to platforms or drop off hubs. • Responsible to create consignment plan to E-commerce platforms (FBA / FBN and etc.) based on input from internal team. Follow through until it’s delivered, inbounded and reflected on the respective E-commerce portals. • Responsible to liaise with E-commerce platform representative if there are issues pertaining shipments to platforms, drop off hubs or pick-ups and resolve all issues end to end. • Responsible to check daily orders from E-commerce platforms and ensure orders are being processed in accordance with the given lead-time on the platforms. • Responsible to retrieve Return to Vendor / returned items from E-commerce platform customers and submit claim if the items are damaged and not re-sellable. • Perform monthly analysis on slow moving / non-moving products and request for Return to Vendor based on management approval. Requirements: • Minimum 1 year in E-commerce or retail related field and currently based in UAE • Ability to adapt and work in a strong start up environment with enthusiasm about problem solving, improvisations, willingness to learn and add value. • Excellent in analyzing and interpreting data for taking necessary actions • Intermediate MS Excel skills (e.g. Min. Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, etc.) • Good in crisis management and ability to solve issues in a professional manner • Excellent team player with good relationship management skills • Extremely structured, capable of successfully multitasking • Ability to prioritize, have a sense of urgency and attention to detail • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and tools Is a plus • Prior experience in E-commerce (online store set up, content creation, data analysis, usage of in platform tools, order management, fulfillment, warehousing and etc.) • Experience in creating & producing digital social media and e-commerce content • Can converse and write effectively in Arabic • Proficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Premiere Pro and After Effects, good graphic design aesthetic and eye for detail • Ability to work autonomously in a highly demanding and often ambiguous • environment, with strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills • Agility with web-based software applications and internally developed systems Benefits: • Remuneration: basic salary(AED3500 - AED4000) plus performance incentive • Individual work visa and insurance provided • Work together and learn from former E-commerce C-Levels • Get challenged every day and profit from a steep learning curve • Be able to develop, implement and execute your own ideas • Option to become a permanent member of our team
