Longstanding Issues to resolve

Various security issues as identified in recent security review (see report), particularly ensuring compliance with good practice (/encryption, updates/scans etc) on workstations and to confirm that backups are complete/effective
Need for staff IT manual and some training
Ned for some utility to monitor network access (proportionate to scale etc)
Joint working on installation of new system (CH staff in green/Outsourced in red and joint in orange)
Suggested six stage approach
Set up new server as BDC on existing Chit domain
Physically install one drive from each of existing two servers onto new server and give access to these drives via the new server
Promote the new server to domain controller
Install all applications as needed on new server
Reconfigure Chltd workstations to join Chit domain
Migrate data from old drives to new RAID array
