looking for deep training assistant for install and configure powermta and interspire

i need somebody who can training on install me smtp with following details powermta installation powermta configuration with ip rotation virtual-mta creation and configuration interspire installation and configuration bounce processor setup addons installation and configuration mail server configuration mail server validation: DKIM, DMARC, SPF, MX, EHLO implementatio Major things listed below : 1: Bounce processing - I want to bounce processing from pmta logs if possible. Manually or Automatic both are ok. 2: I need a fully training for campaign monitoring, such as log files analyze/monitor, ip/domain monitoring, and blacklist detecting. 3: I need a way to send email through major ISP, currently i am blocked by some of them too fast or blocked at the beginning. 4: The best way to unsubscribe for my list, i don't want to use unique URL for unsubscribe.
