Install and properly set up 10 postfix on a Centos server

I use my own SMTP server on Mautic, using 1 Postfix installation and 11 IPs (rotating in a single Postfix: the inject email into single postfix and then change its IP every minute).
So, this SMTP is configured in wrong way. Each postfix should run with each IP separately; having its own queue, and then load balance queue among them.
So, I'm searching for a Sysadmin expert to implement correct SMTP configuration:
1. Install +10 new Postfix, set up proprely to each IP separately; and then load balance queue among them.
2. Mautic only allow add a single SMTP server » So, we should create a layer of load balancer among them, to can use all IPs.
