Golang and React js Project (web 100% mobile friendly)

Hello friends, I need a Project base on Golang and React js. Its a Back-end only for the system administration. The concept of the system: (API) I will need components / models ( so the system needs to bee 100% modular ( roles/permision and unique accounts as well. ) The project is mid to big size project and will have about There will be models and componets main Points are ( Flies / Documents with ORC options, Todo list, Events calendar, Datting, Booking, Delivery, Auction, Lottery, ordeing and some other models. The system will be divide by Organization, Cliente, Division, Department, User . The Project needs to be secure, clean code, with nice UI and UX Design ( well the UI is all ready done in React js and Bootstrap ) more details once we talk. Time for this Project 3 months, I will pay from $1250 USD to $3300 USD. base on details we discuse and agree on it. Good Idea if we have 2 to 3 freelancer working on it, also I said I have the UI for the Admin part but We need to make the Componets base on the bootstrap I have on the template or we can use better tech for it. MongoDB ( nosql is my preference) Payments will be per job complittion sections. Dont ask money out front i will not do that, dontask to talk out side freelancer i will ask you for that if I decide to do so.
