I have a shared hosting account with several domains on it. An other person has directed a domain name to the IP of the shared hosting account and wants me to create an A Record in the one of the shared hosting account domains and connect that with the domain he has pointed to the IP of the shared hosting account. DNS is not been my strongest skill and I think this should be simple with someone more familiar with DNS and connecting a domain name website with an outside domain name with a A Record or, if it works a CNAME Record.
