According to your description and the attached diagram, the issue seems to be related to both the squid config and routing config under the Ubuntu. Please send me a message so that we can talk more about the details. note: are you really want to use two different ports (3128 & 3129) for your Squid server, each one used by each of the clients?! (it's not much natural!)
