Configure Fortigate 100D for IPv6 Traffic

I have a fortigate 100D that's currently being used as our primary firewall, I'll like it configuring to allow for IPv6 traffic. I have configured it as much as I can but I still can't get a VPS to communicate via IPv4 with a Ping or Traceroute. The project is considered completed when the VPS can traceroute to [login to view URL] and we can change its IPv6 to another 3 different addresses within the /32 subnet and they all work.
