I am looking for an H1B Immigration lawyer to be responsible of representing me and the employee I want to hire . This employee is from Lebanon - MIddle East. He has been here for 1.5 years getting his MBA graduate degree from Saint Louis University and probably graduate in the fall of 2019. He has been an architectural intern at my company doing estimating tasks and sharing managerial ideas for three semesters [login to view URL], I am planning of hiring him as a permanent estimator job role and to be promoted to management after he gets his degree. I am aware of all the documents required from LCAA to UCIS letter. I am pretty sure all documents needed are ready, yet I am open to suggestions if you think anything is missing.

Hello - I am a US Immigration Attorney with 7 years experience. I have done many H-1B visas from start to finish. I am confident that, if you respond to this request and interview me, you will agree that I am the best candidate. I would highly suggest that, before making a decision, you reach out to me for details. For example, are you aware that the filing will be in the first of April, as no H-1B's are available now? Or do you believe that your employee is cap exempt somehow? Also, if your employee graduates in Fall 2019, he cannot use that degree now; he can only get the H-1B based on the degree(s) he has now.
