Crowdfunding Platform Legal Research - Securities Law & JOBS Act

We are building a crowdfunding platform for real estate investors in the United States and have questions that require legal research. The researcher selected for this project should already have an understanding of the JOBS Act Title II and Title III, an understanding of the Securities Act of 1933, and an understanding of general real estate investment structures. Please see the attached document for questions we'd like to have researched and answered. I understand a legal researcher cannot provide actual legal advice, but I'd like to have supporting documentation and a brief summary of a researcher's opinion for each question.
