Hi) mmm first of all - Your logic wich You suggest - is right logic. It is best solution to divide each student to his own document But I dont understand why You want to use google docs for them. I think better to use google sheet as well - but to create connection between student's google sheets and central one Next - regarding possibility of such a connection. I can create it and all this is possible Only one thing wich im not sure is wich actions You will need to do to add new students etc - I must research it Also I guess You will have to do some copy paste work when You create new student In all cases i need to research it - please give me Your spreadsheet and show all. After discussion i can try to prepare some demo version for You and we will try to implement it the best way Thanks) P.S. I have got your idea and i can develop this kind of system with including the database of ms access and using that we can achieve this sort of learning management system where we'll make primary keys for the student and he can just see the data which we allow them to see, another option to make a cloud database

Main table handler will be the admin and students will be consider as users so you can post docs to everyone or you can do it private, there can be lots of options that you may have not even thought about.
