Sales Agent for a SMMA wanted

Needs to hire 2 Freelancers I'm looking for a Sales Agent to find and reach out to potential clients for my social media marketing agency and willing to pay [25%-50%] of the first month's managing fees for each closed client. Sales Agent will be looking for clients online and contacting leads through Cold calls, social media, Email, and so on. As well as following up with potential clients.
