I am given UK enquiries from a US website daily, approx 30/40 per week. I then contact these people, ask 3 qualifying questions and try to get them to visit me in Milton Keynes. For many people MK is too far to travel so I have an online/telephone meet option as well (screen share). Face to face meetings are preferred however online is next best option. It is proving hard to manage the calls and appointment setting as well as conduct the meetings. Therefore I am looking for a person to outsource the appointment setting to. It is not a hard sell, many are pleased to hear from us. The challenge is getting through to them and various time of days are required to ensure everyone is contacted. I have tried a telemarketing agency and whilst they were able to make appointments their daily rate was just too high and the results weren't so good that I could see past the super high rate. Remember it is not cold calling, they are all enquiries through the US website, some are positively excited to hear from me. However the most difficult thing is getting to speak to people, so flexibility with calling times is a requirement. Would prefer someone UK based as people respond better to calls from the UK rather than an overseas call centre. Is this something you can help with? I look forward to hearing from you.
