Need to change a few things in my Laravel website. - Read all the details

Hello, I’m looking for an EXPERT in website development, both back-end and front-end. Please read all the details. I have a Laravel based E-commerce website that I need to modify 5 things and see if there is any improvement we can add. This is not a traditional e-commerce website because the area we are serving in doesn't have a reliable banking system, the customer will pay in cash and no credit cards. ----------------- Warring!!! PLEASE BE A PROFESSIONAL AND ONLY APPLY IF YOU ARE: - You are professional and you wait until your customer test and verify all the project parts work ONLY then you ask for money. - You're on-time, you don't over promised, and you never avoid giving an update to the customer. You don't keep your customer in dark. You have a great attitude and tell the customer it will be done in three days but you actually deliver it in one day! You don't like to over promise. - You're qualified and have hands on experience with all this project requirements and you're honest and not embarrassed to ask questions if you need help. - You consider this to be your own project and follow basic programming principles; you do a good Quality Assurance for a good testing. - Like a professional programmer, you do a great job documenting, commenting out the code, and you don't write ugly spaghetti code. Your is easily understood by other programmers. - You're a decent and honorable person, you don't like to install rootkits, malware, viruses, download untrusted packages, or use unsupported technologies. - Again, you understand this is not only building a project, but a big part is testing it. Quality Assurance is a must, this means you do a thorough testing for the project before you hand it out to your customer. ************************************* Issues need to be fixed and parts to be modified: - Configure newsletter - Remove filtering by color and replace it with: New or Used - (see screenshots) - Can't edit or add a new language after an upgrade of the website. I still have the older version if you want to look at - A standard fee needs to be applied for each shipment regardless of number of items. Print a note to a user: (Our standard shipping fee is 8000 IQD for most regular packages. However this may change based on weight and size of the package, and the distance of package destination) Then website Admin will be able to change the shipping fee in the time of approving the order - Please check if the website has any issues, coding, performance, or security - Please check and feel free to suggest if the website can be improved - A customer can share a product on most popular social media websites. We need to remove some of them and keep the following ones: facebook, twitter, linkedin, instagrm Please see all the screenshots. ************************************* Please test all the code and make sure everything works before getting back with me.
