Convert an existing Codeigniter application to Laravel framework

We have a medical practice management application built using the Codeigniter framework, we now need to switch to Laravel. We also need to add certain features to application. The login details to the application and required features are attached in the files. Please go through the application and its current features in detail, all existing features need to coiped over with laravel and new feattures have to be added.
