159484 HTML/CSS Layout

Hi Sebastian I wanted to know if you have the time to do a tableless html and css for me. Please quote me for one page. The page is at [login to view URL] [login to view URL] I can have a header(3-4horizontal parts), 4col, footer. Or it can be rewritten to be header, 4 col. Footer will be part of one of the col. The challenge is writing the 4 col. It must be compatable with FF 1.5 + on PC/MAC, IE 6 and 7 on PC and Safari on Mac. I must be able to make layout changes using css, not different html pages. Please let me know if you have time to do this, how much and how long it will take you . You don't need to write any javascript as I think my programmer can do this.
