Web application in MeteorJS

I need a web application built from scratch that will be essentially to find room-mates in different communities. - federated login using FB / Google / Twitter. - clean smooth interface - easily converted to mobile app (hence meteorJS) - user ranking by stars - other features as developed. - cloud app, built to scale with proper scaling rules. Most likely to run on Azure, but willing to be convinced to publish on any other (google, or other) if better cloud solution exists. - google maps interface showing location of apartments/rooms with with users being able to add specific locations of various buildings (location of grocery store, mosque etc). These locations when approved by 2+ other users will be established or if rejected removed from map. Should look & feel similar to airbnb.
