update page to get rid of select2 control in drop downs

we have a site written in ASP Classic (VB Script) and JavaScript - that customized from a html5 template. the original template had special forms controls and has a "Select2" control for drop downs that I can't get rid of on a cart page that I don't want any of the special form controls on. To view go to [login to view URL] - then click on checkout and you will see the state and country drop downs are different from the rest of the form controls and if you check the page inspect through browser somehow is picking up the select2 class control. I need to make it so the drop downs are just the standard form drop down "select" controls without the special controls. Winning bid will receive the pages needed - but you will need to update from your system and send back - this is on closed server so no ftp access is available. thanks
