The implementation should run on Google App Engine python standard environment (python 2.7) Input: 1. A photo (either still image or GIF animation can be accepted) 2. Text1 3. Text2 Output: 1. A new photo with Text1 and Text2 on the bottom. Text1 is on the first line and center-aligned; Text2 on the second line and right-aligned (Please see sample images as attached) 2. If the input photo is GIF animation, output should still be GIF animation 3. The output should be stored in the google cloud storage User Interface: A web page for uploading the photo and the text.
