I want all modern Nations playable, and all 50 states playable as independent nations, in a succession scenario, I want to a scenario creator, are you can merge regions such as US states, can change the name of the state, and merge countries such as United States and Mexico, and give the new country a custom name. This game will be free and open source, and I have no money to give the freelancer, but he'll work one-on-one with me to create this game and if he's interested I'll give him a partnership in TRS Cartoons my animation / video game company which is to release which release is all that stuff under Creative Commons, and open source licenses.
