Make updates to Sharepoint List (synced with Active Directory)

We can use a powershell script that reads the delta / changes from the Active Directory and updates the sharepoint list. This script can be scheduled once in every 15 min to sync the SharePoint list. Relevant Skills and Experience I have implemented similar scripts which includes AD groups and users sync from SQL. I have a good amount of experience with AD, Powershell and Sharepoint.
