html+css+js single page website

I m developing a website which will be visible on desktop, mobile and tablets. We have the back end ready and Ui needs to be developed. Basic requirements: A)I want Fluid HTML which can fit in mobile as well as desktop and adjust it's width accordingly. I can use different html based on user agent only if required. Preferably, there should be minimal changes in the html. B)Output expected from you is html and CSS files and js. C)Colors should be controlled by one or few CSS classes separately in separate CSS files. Changing color at one place should change color theme of whole app. For Start color should be any shade of blue. D)the end result should look professional and with no errors while loading. You are free to select the required background images & initial color combinations but it should look good. E)share image of page before sharing actual html. F)webpages should have cross browser compatibility. It should be tested on chrome, ff, ie and safari. G)html should b nicely aligned in [div]s H)On time and with in budget delivery is must. I)surely more work coming your way if you do well in this assignment . Please go thru the attached prototype files & description file carefully. Only then bid on this project.
