You will be C#, angularJS, NodeJS, Javascript, Jquery, HTML, CSS conversant and looking for additional ad-hoc home based support work of an ongoing basis. We have two main software solutions, one a call recording solution server based and working with Cisco clients and the other a wallboard/dashboard solution, again localised on the client servers displaying in an HTML form information from the Cisco system. Our clients regularly have simple support requests that typically come from the Cisco system failing however they need us to ensure our solutions are working. I need capable and flexible team members who would receive a group email notifying of a support need and whoever is first to take the ticket gets to complete the work.
