I'm looking for EMV software that can read and write on the smart chip card , such ic card and credit card. able to rewrite Truck 1.2.3 and PIN change . the soft wear has to work on MSR200 hardware or if you have any suggestion with hardware , i may consider. Reader Writer Software must be able To Read/Write/Duplicate/Delete any EMV Protocol such as 201,206,226 or any EMV other Protocol,it will allow you to Read/Write/Duplicate/Erase SDA(Static Bin) / DDA (Dynamic Bin) we can nego the price thank you
