I would like someone to create a script creates bitcoin address that would lockup input for one year. For example, if 0.10 BTC is sent to the address on 1 Apr 2019, those funds could not be moved until 2 Apr 2020. Dates can be approximate. Basically creating a blockchain enforced saving account. Would like to test the code, using a shorter timeframe.
