javascript not working on my HTML page

**If you've worked with Clickbank before that would be a big plus: PROBLEM 1) I've got 2 HTML pages and a 1 line Java script that is not working if we make this work on one we can easily make it work on the other.. I need someone to look at my HTML and give me the code to make it work and tell me where to put it. Basically it's a clickbank trust badge.
