I would like a budget clone of [login to view URL] It's a website to exchange royalty free sound fx. Users must sign up for an account if they wish to upload or download a sound. Sounds will be organised into categories and are searchable. A low quality sample can priviewed by the way of an applet (please see [login to view URL] for sample) - but the user needs to sign up for an account to download a high quality version. The uploaded audio files needs to be approved by me before it can be added to the site. The users have a small 'about me' page where they can list their name location website and description about themselves. The wesite should be easy to use and easy to administer.
