As part of this project, there will be a system which will take Rest API call with some input parameter.
As http request received, it will go to a Rules Manager & Based on Input requests, it will query a workflow to decide what should be done next. Rule Manager will provide a json object as a response. This json object will define what steps to be performed next. Each step is basically define which system should be contacted using which operation. Based on remote system response, it will decide next action.
Once all steps/actions are completed, processor will again go back to Rules Manager & query next level of configuration. Next level of configuration should define multiple scenarios to process each Remote system's response. For example, if Remote system provided a response then rules will contain possible expected response attributes. If a match found then it will tell how to prepare response to be returned.
At the end of processing of all remote responses, processor will send a consolidated response back to Original requester.
