Process bulk pictures - imagemagic

Hi, I need a good freelancer who will be able to complete my project today. I need an application that will process multiple(bulk) pictures. Application should be written in python/java or on your choice (it should work on Win7,8,10) and should manipulate pictures located in 1 folder(directory) called "pictures input" and will have inside over 5 pictures and from these pictures the application should generate multiple different pictures. The most important!! The application must work with imagemagic library from [login to view URL] So the pictures should be processed by imagemagic. The application should have the next options: 1. Change the size of the pictures, it MUST NOT keep the aspect ratio. Here I need to have some fields where I can set up the weight and height with limit min and max and an increase size filed for height and other for weight. For example I need to start from the sizes 125x120(minimum limit) and increase with 5 for weight and with 12 for height, but this values can be changeable and generate pictures till 1855x1900. 2. An option to add a text on the generated pictures with a generated random position. The text should have a shadow option and a transparent option. 3. An option to add a random border (always needs to be different on each picture.) with size selectable. The resulted pictures should be saved on my choice (jpg/gif/png) in a “output” directory.
