Looking for partners/team members for an ICO

Partners / Team members are voluntarily participating! This means that we pay ourselves from the ICO funds held for development and funding ourselves on this project. I have a project that in theory can predict the price of any coin on the market based on multiple signals online. The concept is proof of work, where the actual proof of work is done by the community. The database keeps track through several API's of the exchanges and other third-party sources to understand and eventually predict the price of any coin on the market. Need an experienced team of developers, experience with launching ICO's and an experienced database manager that can handle all the scrapers/proxies and API inputs to not have a huge load on the servers.
