Look I am a certified Oracle OCA/OCP java developer with some 5 years experience of active development and training industry individuals on how to write java code with the most appropriate tools. I currently use JDeveloper and I really cannot imagine anything that challenging to do with java anymore. Please note that I have not been very active on freelancer.com since I joined, only starting to take it serious now that I have so much free time on my plate.
