We would like to migrate a java application and Database from SunOS 5.10, (sparc architecture) to any modern x86 Linux distributive (CentOS 5,6,7, Ubuntu, Debian)

The system is written in Java using EJB 2.0 (Enterprise Java Beans) framework and running on Jboss application server version - 4.0.5 and uses JDK version 1.5.0

Web server - Apache/2.4.10

The database is Informix version [login to view URL]

Preferably we would also like the system to run on our Xen Hypervisors as VMs to make it easy to do backups and recoveries via snapshots.
