Fix a Spring MVC - Hibernate web project code

My project is about project management using Spring MVC - Hibernate. Each entity is connected to a table in My SQL. The tables are: 1-employee 2-project 3-employee_project to maintain many-to-many relationship between employee and project. I need to assign a number of employees to each project using a jsp form and be able to retrieve each project and all employees assigned employees with ability to update.
