I need to create a program for displaying stock chart candlesticks [login to view URL]
The program consists of the following:
1-opening of several independent windows.
2-In the dependence on the settings in one window there should be from 1 to 100 charts of currency pairs.
3-Each graph should be updated with a certain frequency (from 1 time per second to 6, depending on the general settings)
4-in addition to the candlestick chart display from should be highlighted in color with the growth of the course and with a decrease.

6-Saving the windows configuration.
7-Ability to add or remove a currency pair chart and move the chart to manual both inside the window and between the windows.

10-Add a list of currency pairs and delete.
11-display near the chart price change and current price.
