Disinfect Apple Devices of dreadful Open Source software and Secure Network

My Apple MacBook and 2 iPhones are both succumbing to external management. I believe I have managed to trace this back to the sbin folder which has a number of terminal commands that seem equally dubious. They seem to function on GNLv3, Apache 2.0, BSD and so forth- Linux open source files that I cannot remove from my Mac.

Apple are incredibly unwilling to help as “their software cannot he hacked”, and the titanic too was labelled unsinkable. I have 2/3 key suspicions as to who is behnind the malicious, time wasting events that have spanned 2 months - without incurring me great financial loss at all. Very strange.

My ISP says they’ve fixed it and 10 minutes later, it all starts again. It’s really becoming quite the drag. Assistance would be greatly appreciated!
