Write an iPad application for rugby games

iPad ONLY app landscape orientated, NOT TO BE SOLD ON THE APP STORE. Needs to run on iOS 7 or newer only The app is for the management of player movements in a game of Rugby Union. Multiple iPads network together over wifi (no internet) and view, enter and share very simple tables of data I have designed the user interface with over 50 screenshots showing functionality. The user interface is very simple with no flash graphics or effects required. I have done all design work and know exactly what I want. All I need is someone who can code it for me. I don't have a large budget but this app is very simple and won't need a large one. The app must be bug free and never crash Ongoing development is a strong possibility I am based in New Zealand
