If the work shows good results we will continue to hire you. There can be some flexibility on the distrobution of the hours but you can't claim to do weeks work in one day. Followers, comments, links and all the usual tweets and mentions on all platforms and continual commenting via Instagram on potential customers (but not competition! which is a subtle difference you will need to be able to distinguish) and similar SEO uplifting factors. Please note this is more than just creating a post a day, you need to be managing the accounts for an hour a day, liaising with myself via skype chat to confirm ideas or help with answering questions in comments, communicating with possible collaborators and anything else which might help improve the social media presence of the brand. You will be managing Instagram, facebook, twitter in the order of priority. I need someone who can understand the market, our customers and market influencers like bloggers and popular Social media users. We don't want any automated spamming or nonsense commenting. You will have access to a library of product images plus some other image content (which might need editing before posting) and tag keywords plus the content of the e-commerce store which you can in creating posts but creativity will be key to success with the role.
