We have the list of croatian business contacts with near to 10.000 emails. We have been using the mailching and elastice email service but lately we are not happy with delivery rate. What we want: We want to sent on Wednesday 11.00 am Croatian time that newsletter is sent to our contact's. Our goal is at least 20% of opening rate (from 15% - 20%). We will gave you a html ready newsletter.
