Roll-out Google marketing campaign for new company

The project consists of the complete roll-out of a new fruit tree online business. Company description: Company will sell fruit trees in Austria, Germany, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Belgium and France. For each country, a separate domain is used, all linking back to the same wordpress/woocommerce backend. The image that the company wishes to convey is that growing one’s own fruit is an enjoyable, easy activity that follows recent trends of urban farming. Reducing mass production with use of chemicals and fertilizers is one of the goals the company wishes to pursue. Further, company will offer a limited assortment per fruit (around 18 total), to give a comprehensive overview and reduce customer’s choice dilemma. Marketing rollout and job description: The marketing rollout planning is an important agenda point. Peak sales will start at the end of February, when spring is coming to Western Europe. At that time, all marketing channels must be near-optimal. Therefore, January 13th is a strict deadline for all campaigns to be live in the target countries. Deadline: January 5th. Translations will be back before January 8th. • Keyword analysis in all countries • Set-up Google Analytics 2 • Prepare all Google Adwords campaigns. Deadline: January 12th • Prepare all Google Shopping campaigns. Deadline: January 12th • Confirm trace-ability of all traffic and conversions is in place and functional • Campaigns online: January 13th. 3 • Optimize and improve Google ads across all countries + deliver improvement report 4 • Optimize and improve Google ads across all countries + deliver improvement report • Implement Facebook Pixel and set up Facebook marketing campaigns 5 • Optimize and improve all advertisements • Provide marketing maintenance proposal The activities may vary slightly, which is also dependent on your input as a marketing expert.
