Looking For One Way Link Building

Hello, I am looking for purchasing links on the domains you have access. Requirement: 1) Require to place Sitewide links (Header/footer/body) such as naked URL or along with a keyword on the sites managed/owned by you. 2) Either the TF and DA of the site should be above 10+ or the no. of pages should be higher than a minimum of 1000 pages for the domain. Advantages: 1) 10$-50$ /domain/month can be expected. 2) It can be hidden links/header or footer links or "Designed by". 3) We do not require the links to be visible on the front face of the site and only require them to show in code. 4) We are willing to pay on Weekly, by monthly, monthly payments - depending on what suits you.
