AI Inventory Forecast Modelling

We are an e-commerce retail business exploring AI forecast prediction for inventory to lower inventory risk and build lean buying methods. The variables are complex and pegged on social media marketing spend, consumer purchase behavior within small time frames. We have little knowledge/experience about this and will be looking for experienced people who have worked or who believe they can do this (with relevant past knowledge) We do have an adequate amount of data as a start and are looking to build this model quickly.
