Influencer Outreach for a UK startup / Affiliate Influencer Marketing - Facebook & Instagram

We are looking for a social media influencer marketing manager to help us to research for influencers both on IG and youtube, contact influencers in the relevant niche, negotiate rates, liaise collaboration with the influencers and coordinate the influencer campaign, with the goal of them promoting our giveaways.
The goal of our giveaways: We are talking about 30-second Instagram giveaways. The influencers need to redirect to our main IG profile, which will instruct people to follow, in order to get a chance to win the giveaways.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing influencer talent, bloggers etc
- Partnership agreement proposal and budget negotiation
- Liaising with influencers and management
- Outreaching and explaining them our Brand Ambassador Program. Basics are that each influencer gets 15% commission on sales they bring in.
- Help them with sign up process on our affiliate site
- You receive yourself 5% commissions on any sales that the Brand Ambassadors you brought in make
We are also looking for someone who has experience finding and contacting micro influencers in the related niches of our products and getting them to do a promo of our product.
We are offering them to get our product free in exchange for a Instagram post and they post a 15% OFF code to their followers.
You will need to contact influencers daily until we have 10 consecutive days booked full of influencers for the product launch.
