Help set up tracking for an affiliate marketer

Hello, I am an affiliate marketer and need some pointers setting up google analytics, lander tracking and opt-in sign up page. I am currently testing two different landers and importantly need to know which one is converting well. I am using ucraft to build landers which has code injection for google analytics. I am using CrakedRevenue to search for affiliate offers to sign up with. There are tracking link setting options that I'm not familiar with. I am using traffic junky (which also has tracking for total clicks, but not unique clicks) Would also need someone to explain this to me as well. Thanks
